Gerald earned his Masters of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American College in San Francisco, CA. Since then, he has constantly furthered his knowledge in acupuncture, nutrition and related studies through post-graduate work at prestigious higher-learning institutions and health care seminars throughout the country. He is Board Certified in Chinese Herbology and Oriental Physical Medicine.

Gerald Djuth, L.Ac. will work with you to support your body's natural desire to maintain good health. Gerald has become renowned in the Sacramento area for the successful treatment of various stress related disorders including, but not limited to: headaches, allergies, immune problems, fatigue, shoulder/neck/low back pain, mood swings, and digestive disturbances. Gentle and nurturing, he uses acupuncture, herbology, nutrition, myofascial release and Oriental medical massage to alleviate pain, resolve metabolic imbalances and reduce stress. A skilled listener, he will work within your comfort zone as he introduces treatment techniques, establishes clinical nutritional protocols and recommends dietary changes.

Relieving pain is personal mission of Gerald. After earning a Masters Degree in Geological Engineering, he was injured in an automobile accident for which he received alternative care. On a new life path, Gerald set aside his Engineering career in favor of a holistic healthcare practice. He became a Certified Massage Therapist in 1994, studied myofascial release and became a Licensed Acupuncturist in 2001. His practice has since evolved to include nutrition, applied kinesiology, and orthopedic assessment.

Gerald has a thriving practice in Sacramento and a reputation as a health care authority. He will help you understand your unique health concerns, engage you in your health care decisions, and help you make knowledgeable choices regarding your care. His services include extensive pre-assessment and ongoing consultation. His practice will soon be expanded to include elementary qi gong and other training courses.
